今年のクリスマスは、心温まる特別なケーキをご用意しました。  

【ハートのストロベリーと黒糖のブッシュドノエル】

愛らしいハートのストロベリーパート・ド・フリュイを飾った、上品なブッシュドノエル。中にもこのパート・ド・フリュイがたっぷりと閉じ込められています。  

クリームには、当店オリジナルの有機豆乳で作ったこだわりのソイクリームを使用。さらにミネラル豊富な黒糖のシロップが、深いコクと優しい甘みをプラスし、ストロベリーの爽やかな酸味と絶妙に調和します。  

（※チョコクリームバージョンも後日登場予定ですので、どうぞお楽しみに！）

[Strawberry Heart & Kokuto Bûche de Noël]

This Christmas, treat yourself and your loved ones to our special Strawberry Heart & Kokuto Bûche de Noël.  

Adorned with adorable heart-shaped strawberry pâte de fruit, this elegant bûche de Noël is filled with more of the same delicious fruit inside.  

For the cream, we use our signature organic soy cream, crafted in-house. The rich, natural sweetness of kokuto (brown sugar) syrup—packed with minerals—perfectly complements the bright tartness of the strawberries.
